SSC 2009 SUMMER INSTITUTES
Institutes include school-wide support and teacher professional development workshops.
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion for each workshop attended.
Each workshop will provide practical, hands-on activities, with resources and materials for you to use during the school year.

The Student Support Center to Host Bullying Prevention Conference on March 3, 2009 February 23, 2009 Washington, DC - The Student Support Center (Center) will be hosting a free, citywide charter school conference entitled, Bullying 101: What You Don't Know Can Hurt You. Initiative Aims to Increase Reading Skills in Young Children October 1, 2008 Washington, DC- Competing with hundreds of applicants from across the nation, the Student Support Center (the Center) in the District of Columbia was awarded one of 31 grants under the Early Reading First (ERF) program at the U.S. Department of Education.
